Kent, I love your trenchant blog and read every issue. Now, in today's theme, I quote an excerpt from the introduction to my grandfather's memoirs; he was born in 1895: ".... Here is a man who lived from the days almost before there were automobiles, through the days when they were but a troublesome luxury, watching them in the process of becoming a necessity, to once again being a troublesome luxury. What a perspective! ...."
Personally, I really dislike typing on a 3-bank — either a typewriter or my iPhone keyboard!
