The short answer is that I retired from Bike Friday in the spring of 2021. Real Estate is much cheaper in the midwest and I grew up in the Twin Ports area of Duluth/Superior and still have family living in the area. So Christine and I bought a 112 year old house in Superior, Wisconsin. The equivalent house in Eugen would be at least three times as much! Climate change was also a factor in our thinking, It is very nice living next door to the biggest chunk of fresh water in North America.
