One of my Christmas gifts from Christine was this book. It is a beautiful volume with wonderful pictures and text that illuminates the early history of typewriter development. The main focus of the book is the 19th & early 20th century. I think anyone who appreciates classic technology would love this book.

ReplyDeleteThis is really a good book. I have a copy and took it to one of our Type-Ins. I think it got as much, or more, attention than the typewriters.
